One thing I’ll always remember, Toyota is the only car brand I know of that does a great job at fixing the broke things, well after the warranty period expires, who also gives out warranty enhancements for components for 10yrs regardless of mileage. Warranty u-joints on Tacoma and brake booster and master cylinders on prius are the 2 I get most.

The biggest factor for me in this field for dissatisfaction is service on Saturday. I am not retail and I am not sales. I am skilled trade and like most other industries with skilled trade, should work Monday to Friday. A close second for dissatisfaction is warranty pay times. I have never seen a warranty time be increased in 20 years…
