Here’s How It Works The students will create an account on the website and then receive an email asking them to complete their profile. Within the profile, there are specific questions about experience, certifications, college or no college as well as preferred Manufacturers or independent shops. Once the profile is completed, the student will be placed into a searchable database where employers can search for them via zip code, city, and Manufacturers. The dealers and shops will be able to explore this database of students and Technicians in their area. Dealers and students will connect via email or message board and can decide if they would like to interview for potential employment.
